My breast implant is hurting after sleeping on my side, should I contact my surgeon?

Niecy90
I’m 8 weeks post op from having silicone mentor hp implants. My breast still are very firm and I’ve been sleeping on my back ever since the surgery. I decided to sleep on my left side, an hour after I fell asleep I woke up in agonizing pain. My left breast hurt so bad like someone stabbed chest muscle. The following day my left breast has been aching. I hope I didn’t interfere with anything. Any thoughts if I should see my surgeon about this?
