29 F / 5'6 / 186 lbs / No children / 38 C I have always had pointy breasts. I was told when I was younger that they would become more rounded as I aged, but they never did. I've been this height since high school and my weight has ranged from 130s to 210s. Same thing, my breasts always look like this, just less/more full depending on my weight. The shape never changes. How do I correct this?
Answer: Mastopexy with breast augmentation would bring the best effect. Hello! Thank you for your question. There is a constriction of breast parenchyma, and there is also a slight sagging. Breast augmentation can improve the sharpness of the shape. Sagging breasts and shape can be improved by periareolar mastopexy performed together with breast augmentation. However, if you are planning to have a baby, then I recommend having the mastopexy after the pregnancy and breastfeeding is over, due to the scar that can expand during the pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Answer: Breast augmentation could enhance your breasts I recommend an in person consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your goals and be measured. After I measure and discuss goals with my patients, we then look at pictures of women (my patients) with similar measurements with different size and style breast implants and they choose what looks right for them. They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. Women tell me that this process is very helpful in determining what size and style breast implant is right for them. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author. Answer: Pointy and Droopy Thanks for your question. Implants alone would increase your volume and give you some elevation, but that same breast would still be living on top of the implant. To change the shape you would likely need a lift. Which kind of lift would depend on the size of the implant you choose. A pariareolar lift can help to flatten the areola and take on more of the shape of the implant, but it is limited in its tightening ability. Full lifts can provide a more dramatic change of shape. You PS will have to help guide you based on your volume goals. Many of my patients allow me to chose the type of lift during the surgery depending on what I see after the implants are in. Perhaps this is somthing to consider with your PS. Hoope this helps. Follow the link for more lift info.

Answer: Correction From your photos it appears your concerns would be best addressed with breast implants and a lift. This would help to reshape the breast and correct the size differences. The next step is to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for a consultation to learn more.

Answer: Breast shape and breast augmentation Hello, thank you for your question and sharing that with us. There are a lot of women who share this concern. A breast augmentation does not change the natural shape of the breast tissue. The natural breast tissue sits on top and the implant sitting on the base of the breast can be round pending whether or not you go over or under the muscle. to correct the glandular tissue "pointed" in shape, you will have to get breast tissue reshaping. You will have to consider scars around areola and breast. hope this helps.
