Will my upturned nose after rhinoplasty stay up? (Photo)

I know many people have asked this question, but I'm still so nervous I have to ask again. I got rhinoplasty two days ago, and yes, I am swollen everywhere. I know it takes weeks - maybe months - to see the final result. BUT, that being said, my nose is so upturned and piggish tight now I'm worried it won't go down normally. Is this amount of "upturned-ness" normal at this point?
