Will my upturned nose after rhinoplasty stay up? (Photo)

I know many people have asked this question, but I'm still so nervous I have to ask again. I got rhinoplasty two days ago, and yes, I am swollen everywhere. I know it takes weeks - maybe months - to see the final result. BUT, that being said, my nose is so upturned and piggish tight now I'm worried it won't go down normally. Is this amount of "upturned-ness" normal at this point?

CSF leak is a very rare complication after rhinoplasty. I'd recommend you make an appointment with an ENT or rhinologist (sinus surgeon) in your area. They can collect the fluid and send it for a test to see if it is actually CSF. The MRI or CT may not have seen the leak site if it is very small...

Get instructions from your own surgeon. However I would have no problem with sex immediately after rhinoplasty provided the nose is not in the line of fire.

You appear to have an overprojected tip, a dorsal hump, and a "tension lip deformity". The tension lip is the bulge where your columella meets your upper lip.
