Cheek filler migration? Smile lines? (photos)

I have a question regarding my cheek/smile line area. I have a problem area (please see circled area) and I’m not sure if this is due to old migrated filler or loss of laxity so I’m unsure how to move forward with which treatment will be best…filler dissolve, pdo threads..etc Please note- I have had cheek and smile line filler in the past (1-2 years ago)

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works best in combination with other treatments like J Plasma, RF treatments, lasers, microneedling/PRP, salt facials, Cosmelan for skin tightening and improve skin tone.
