I had done braces treatment with 4 premolars extraction from local dentist now my teeth look weird, what should i do and what is real problem can you suggest me My canine and teeth position are very bad Can you tell me what is real problem and what is solution i want to correct my all teeth problem because of my teeth now my face look asymmetric and lip look uneven

Hello, Sometimes the glue can break down or fall off completely and not notice that the tooth shifted. Have an orthodontist check the glue on the back of the permanent retainer. Also, gap is not too big, you may be able to get a special type of retainer to close if you don't want full treatment....

I agree that it appears that you have lip incompetence that you may not have had prior to orthodontic treatment. If you had a lot of crowding before braces, the only way to fit everything in without extractions is to expand the arch and procline the front teeth. If this is done too much, lip...

You have not provided any photos or documentation. In general ,it is almost always a mistake to amputate healthy body parts. I would suggest evaluation by an oral Myofunctional Therapist as a first step. Open bites are frequently associated oral habits. Orthodontics has already failed...
