My goal is to lessen wrinkles, bags and dark circles under my eyes. The eyes are my main concern but thought I'd would use it on my entire face. I am 48. I've just read some horrible reviews here on Real Self regarding thermage used on the face. My appointment is already booked and paid for. In your opinion is it safe or risky?

Hey there,Swelling and blisters are extremely rare with thermage. This could have happened b'cos of high energy settings possibly in older thermage devices in wrong hands. Consult an experienced physician as soon as possible and get this sorted.
