i was born with a mole on the shaft of my penis, and it has never changed. I got it checked out by my local dermatologist and he thought it looked fine. I then removed the mole with a home vinegar mole removal treatment, and my mole went away. now its 6 months later and it looks like the mole is growing back. It is the same size and is much lighter and not as raised. Should I be worried about this? What is my risk level? I'm only 18.

One of the benefits of silicone gels over silicone sheets is that there is less risk of adhesive tears to the skin and epidermis. You should switch to a silicone gel such as Plato's Scar Serum. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Los Angeles
Localized swelling is not uncommon and ice can be helpful. If BOTH lips are swollen, it may be unrelated to the biopsy and may represent an allergy or angioedema. I recommend that you contact your physician IMMEDIATELY. If you develop shortness of breath, call 9-1-1.
Please don't do this. This is so dangerous and really stupid and painful. See a doctor. "This
