Why would this happen? Will these blue veins get lighter on their own? Is there any treatment for this? (photos)

I am a 46 year old woman with no health issues. I went to my first red light therapy appointment today. It was at a tanning salon in a tanning bed that had red lights. The session was 20 minutes long. I now have darker blue veins on my face and all over my body. I also have new capillaries across my buttocks and legs.
