I believe you are asking if Botox and Sculptra can be performed during the same visit to your dermatologist. The answer is yes. I often treat the patient with fillers such as Sculptra and Juvederm followed by Botox. Occasionally Sculptra can cause immediate swelling and at times this makes it difficult to injext Botox/Dysport properly. If there is a lot of swelling I urge my patients to come back a few days later.
Botox and Sculptra injections can be performed on the same day, but in separate syringes. Be sure to visit an expert injector.
It is usually best not to get them done in the same appointment, but spaced just a bit apart, they work great together.
Yes. This is not a problem. In most areas, Botox and Sculpra are being placed in different tissue layers. This would only be a problem if the Botox and Sculptra injections were being placed in exactly the same area which is not the case when both products are properly used. I hope this information is helpful.Stephen Weber MD, FACS
Botox and Sculptra can, and often is, injected during the same treatment session. They are injected in different anatomic planes, and do not interact with each other.
Yes, Botox and Sculptra treatments can be done at the same time. I have done this many times before and have not encountered any problems.
Yes, you may combine Sculptra treatment and Botox injection at the same office visit, if they are injected in different facial areas. For example, you may have cheek enhancement with Sculptra and have Botox injection in forehead for wrinkles reduction at the same time. Speak with a cosmetic specialist to help coordinate your treatments.Best,Dr. Chaboki
You can receive Botox and Sculptra injections in one session since they are either injected into different areas or different tissue planes.
Hi,If you mean "mixed" as in injected into the same area, then yes, there is no problem. If you mean "mixed" as in mixed into the same syringe and injected simultaneously, then the answer is no.
We always recommend massaging the area after a scluptra treatment we do not usually do Botox treatments the same day in our office.
