Dr. Sapra was amazing, and his associate Jessica. F helped to make the appointment very welcoming and enjoyable. She is very charismatic, sincere, and simply great at her job. You can tell that she is a kind person who knows what she is doing. Dr. Sapra has a great team and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Jessica! :)

Wonderful! As always, I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dr. Sapra's. He is so compassionate, understanding, and professional. Also, I'd like to extend very special compliments to his nurse, Jessica F. She assisted in my appointments, listened to me, and comforted me. We hugged goodbye, she is so nice! I have been a patient of Dr. Sapra for years and would not consider going elsewhere . He is always professional and kind. I have the utmost trust and confidence in his abilities and recommendations. Staff has always been very nice. Nurse Jessica F. was pleasantly informative and helpful. It's obvious that ICLS takes the maintaining of high standards seriously.

Quick turn around time Had quite comprehensive virtual appointment discussing my needs. A registered nurse took my questions (was very helpful and boosted my confidence in choosing ICLS). Provided an overview of the discussion, debriefed with Dr. Sapra*. Dr. Sapra went over all the details, didn't over sell, made sure we'd get natural results. I booked my appointment a few weeks out to work with my schedule. Staff Amanda was great. She administered my injections. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not feel a thing, and despite how tough I like to think I am- I'm afraid of needles. It was easy, almost calming. Space So clean, so prepared, and welcoming. The space is well designed and private. Never felt like someone could walk in at any moment. Payment Process was simple and easy (I made the initial booking through RealSelf) so they had the credit card on file. I knew exactly what I was paying before I arrived and there were absolutely no surprises. Will be going to ICLS again. Too early to fully see the results, but sure they'll be great. May have already recommended some friends and family based on the experience. *Only gave a 3/5 on time with patient, as most of my time was spent with other staff, but I was given the option of speaking or working directly with Dr. Sapra. All 5/5 would have been highly suspicious in any case.

I had my first Metvix treatment at ICLS yesterday. From my consult, right through the treatment process and aftercare, Dr. Sapra and nurse Tracy were exceptional. I highly recommend both of them and ICLS.

I only have good things to say. Dr. Sapra did not try to push any procedures on me, in fact, encouraged me to start with a skin care routine even though I was willing to pay for a much more expensive laser treatment. I liked his conservative, step-by-step approach. The clinic is very nice, the staff is professional and Lorraine, the RPN, was fantastic. She spent a lot of time explaining all the options to me, wrote down instructions for my skin care, and even stayed late answer all my questions.

I loved my visit to this clinic. Juliana H took great care of me and she was lovely. She was very gentle and she took her time to give me the best care possible. I would recommend anyone to visit this clinic.

I came to ICLS after learning about their clinical trial to test a new Botox for the Treatment of Glabellar Frown Lines. I had never had Botox before or participated in a clinical trial. From the very beginning, the Clinical Trial team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Carly and Dynika especially were always there to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire trial. Dr. Sapra was professional and kind and did a fabulous job of walking me through the whole process. I am so grateful for the experience and would definitely recommend them.

Completed my treatment with just the best professionalism. Yet to see the final outcome as the treatment time is 14 days, however, the procedure was exactly as explained by the nurse on call and on the day of the procedure. Special commendation to both Lauren and Jana Abrey for their excellent work and communication about this procedure. Since it is a facial area and a highly sensitive space on the eye, they were both extremely helpful. Jana did the freezing very well (with little to no pain I might add), before Dr. Sapra came in for the TCA procedure. It was an in and out experience for me and I am hoping to see the expected results in the next couple of weeks. Already scheduled for a follow up and am looking forward to sharing more on this review once I see the recovery. So far there is no pain and discomfort etc... very well executed!

I had a few lesions (moles) on my face removed on March 19th, 2020. Reception staff were wonderful - I had an idea of how much it would cost prior to going in. My nurse (Jami) was so personable, caring and kind. Dr. Sapra was efficient and professional. I am very happy with my first experience at ICLS and I will be back for more treatments soon.
