Quick turn around time Had quite comprehensive virtual appointment discussing my needs. A registered nurse took my questions (was very helpful and boosted my confidence in choosing ICLS). Provided an overview of the discussion, debriefed with Dr. Sapra*. Dr. Sapra went over all the details, didn't over sell, made sure we'd get natural results. I only have good things to say. Dr. Sapra did not try to push any procedures on me, in fact, encouraged me to start with a skin care routine even though I was willing to pay for a much more expensive laser treatment. I liked his conservative, step-by-step approach. The clinic is very nice, the staff is professional and Lorraine, the RPN, was fantastic. She spent a lot of time explaining all the options to me, wrote down instructions for my skin care, and even stayed late answer

Best Experience and Amazing Team!

I came to ICLS after learning about their clinical trial to test a new Botox for the Treatment of Glabellar Frown Lines. I had never had Botox before or participated in a clinical trial.
