Does botox in armpits stop the odour?

The underarm area produces both sweat (sudoriferous glands) as well as smell (apocrine glands).  Botox can help remove the smell of both.  For maximal removal of smell and sweat, try a semi-permanent reduction of sweat with either Miradry or RF needling combined with laser hair removal (hair can hold onto smell).

Thanks for your question- yes you should wait 2 weeks to get the full effect and I would expect the odour to be reduced after toxin treatment. If this has not solved the problem newer alternative to toxin such as Miradry can offer a more permanent solution

The dosing is typically based on areas treated but can vary around 50 - 100 units per side depending on how large the treatment area. Duration also depends on dose and technique, but can vary from 3-6 months. For the armpit region, you may also want to consider miraDry as it provides a longer lasting relief for both sweat and odor and in the long run is more cost-effective.
