Thank you for your question and for providing photos. If your jaw’s asymmetry is caused by muscle movement, Botox would be a viable solution to relax it and reduce its activity. Dermal fillers can also improve facial symmetry by adding volume where needed to balance your facial features.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring.
