I need help choosing a revision plastic surgeon in the Boston/NH area. My tip has one side reduced while the other one is not. Also, my columella hangs down when I smile. Thank you for your time

I would recommend Dr. Mack Cheney at Mass Eye and Ear. No question about it. I rotated there when I was a resident and he is fantastic.
