What type of birthmark is this & how much would removal cost? (Photo)

I've had this birthmark since the day I was born and i don't know what Kind it is. It is fairly raised and kind of leaves a trail on my chin.

If you are having non-ablative procedure done, where you skin is not being peeled or physically damaged, then you should be able to wear make up right afterwards. If you are having ablative procedure, like laser peel, fractionated laser, then you will not be able to wear makeup for few days...

Melasma flares up and down , doing a tattoo to cover this up wouldn't be smart as most likely the melasma will change and also doing treatments for melasma will then be restricted. I suggest lightening creams, lasers, microneedling/PRP in combination.  We see significant improvements.  Best, Dr...
