aftHi. In March 2015 I had my primary rhino and Im pleased with the result, however Im not 100% happy with the lenght of my nose,it would suit my face to have a more upturned tip,a little bit 'piggy like' (I find such noses cute). In May this yr I shall have a revision,my surgeon will lift my nose tip without shortening of the septum (local anesthesia). My question is: is tip rotation a difficult procedure? what can go possibly wrong?can my nose bridge be ruined (i love my gentle slope)?
