Most medical insurance will pay for post-op reconstruction even if it is delayed following Mohs surgery provided it is medically necessary. Uneven nostrils by itself doesn't qualify as medically necessary. They were uneven to begin with. If the surgery left you with difficulty breathing, then it would be viewed as medically necessary, and perhaps your nostril could also be evened out if your surgeon was aware of your situation.
