I’ve been disattisfied with my face for a while, chiefly on that I think it looks unbalanced, with my forehead being disproportionately large compared with my chin and jaw, giving me a “baby face”. I know this is in part due to my large widows peak (I am getting a hair transplant soon), but would it be possible to elongate my lower face? Thus far, I’ve considered a genioplasty, but I’d like an expert opinion. I’d prefer to avoid having implants of any kind, if at all possible.
