This kind of bulge is usually a result of weak abdominal muscles and remaining fat under the skin. Tummy tuck surgery is usually combined with liposuction to reduce the thickness of fat and if it is done agressively you may experience blood circulation problems and wound healing issues. My recommendation for you to do abdominal work out to strengthen your muscles. If you request a more fit look secondary liposuction will give you a better shape in a safe way.

This abdominal contour could be related to muscle wall laxity. If it was not corrected during surgery this could be the cause, or it could be that it failed after correction.
