I got a breast lift with 590cc ultra high profile implants May 19th, 2023 and am unhappy with my nipple placement. I can no longer wear more lower cut tops, most dresses or certain bathing suits. My nipples stick out of all normal bras. Is there something that can be done to fix this or is that unrealistic?
Answer: Fix This I would recommend performing a revisionary surgery to downsize to a more reasonable size implant and perform a more aggressive reduction of breast tissue as part of a repeat lift. There are several problems I am seeing in this photo 1) excessively large implants 2) excessively long nipple-to-fold distance 3) too much excess skin/breast tissue I would recommend speaking to your original surgeon. If that is not possible....I would seek a second opinion from a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Ideally, this surgeon also has aesthetic fellowship training (accredited by the Aesthetic Society).

Answer: Surgery Your nipples are in the correct position, but your breasts are bottoming out from such large and heavy implants. I would suggest going down in size and using mesh for support. The excess lower skin can be trimmed away and the breast sand implants lifted.

Answer: Nipples that are too high. Hi Powerful, Yes, you can be improved. Your implants have bottomed out the lower poles of your breasts. There are a few ways to improve this and you might need to have them all utilized to give you the best outcome. To start, your implants need improved support. There are a few different things that can be used for this, I would usually use a dissolvable mesh. Downsizing your implants a little (if you are open to that idea) can also help by decreasing the weight that has to be supported. And lastly, the mastopexy needs to be redone and the lower pole of your breast tightened in order to place more volume higher on your chest and change the position of nipple relative to the rest of the breast. I am sure you have supported your breasts from below and lifted you implants and liked what you saw. That is essentially what I am describing.

Answer: Can my nipple placement be corrected and should I be worried about bottoming out? In my opinion your implants are too large for your body frame . I would recommend replacement with smaller implants and revision of your breast lift to elevate the nipples .

Answer: Postop implant, large volume, full lift, bottoming out, causing appearance of higher set nipples. Based on your nicely post of photos appears you’re having bottoming more than incorrect nipple areola placement. I recommend surgical revision of what is labeled an inferior full lift with possible dermal matrix for internal bra affect. Fee for that surgery would be $12,000. Best of virtual consult with.
