Microneedling RF to get rid of hideous fat transfer lateral cheek? (Photo)

Asymmetrical and I hate lateral cheek and mark fat. I had not agreed to put fat in those areas an hate it. I’m thinking of options: - microneedling rf or - microlipo? Feels like I could do it in a lire controlled matter w Morpheus? Ideas?
