Good Morning! Microneedling RF like Morpheus8 can work well to improve the collagen tone and texture of the skin. It may require multiple treatments to accomplish your goals. Microliposuction can work as well. Being that it's "micro", small amounts would need to be removed in order to not create a worse deformity. Usually this can be done through a small insertion site. I do less and repeat as needed to keep the changes from being too dramatic. Hope that helps!
