Bone Graft with Paranasal Implant?

Paranasal implants can be composed of bone  taken from the hip(very painful), cartilage graft taken from the ear, nasal cartilage taken from the nose, or synthetic Silastic. The goal of a paranasal  implant is to give more projection to the base of the nose. A gaunt look is usually from fat atrophy in the sub-malar area which is lateral to the nose  And is treated with either fillers or sub- malar/ malar implants.
