I'm 24 years old. Did ultrasound therapy ruin my face? (photos)

I'm 24 years old. I had 3 microcurrent treatments in 6 months. Without my permission the esthetician used ultrasound therapy on my face during the last two treatments. I am now 3 months out and I'm afraid my face is damaged. I went for a consult for undereye filler and the derm told me she couldn't fill my undereyes because I have "flat cheeks" and not much volume in my cheek area - that she needs to fill my cheeks instead. Could the ultrasound have melted my fat and ruined my face?
