A degree of saggines of your breasts (ptosis) is such that no satisfactory correction can be achieved without breast lift. In my opinion, vertical breast lift with lollipop scar would be the most appropriate solution for your problem. Good luck.

Hi. Very interesting question. Unfortunately, not enough. Most patients do not really qualify for a j-plasma lift unless they have very mild ptosis and are ok with a small lift.... as long as they can avoid the breast lift scars.

I believe you should avoid disappointment and wait until you are ready for surgery. Your best and only option is a breast lift, or better yet, a breast lift with small implants.

Based on a limited photo- in order to achieve the best result- it will require a Mastopexy / breast lift. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified Ps for in person exam

J plasma will not lift your breasts.

It will melt fat and you will lose breast volume and see zero long-term improvements.

I purchased this equipment and was royally unimpressed with its ability to give any real skin tightening whatsoever.

I have since sold the equipment. It was an expensive mistake.

Other surgeons who attempted breast lift with this equipment saw similar findings.

I recommend having a proper breast lift with or without implants.
