Can a doctor explain to me if I have no thigh gap will J Plasma help create one for me or will I need liposuction to do that ?

J plasma can help refine the thigh gap created by liposuction. Think of it this way, liposuction removes the fat and adipose tissue of the upper and inner thighs. Now just the loose skin is left hanging. J plasma will help improve the inner thigh contour and really tighten that skin up.

Do not Expect either Liposuction or J plasma to give you a significant change in regards to a thigh gap.

Do you mount of skin tightening from J plasma is fairly minimal. From my personal experience when I owned the equipment I couldn’t tell the difference and the results were the same as Liposuction by itself.

Inner thigh Liposuction gives fairly low overall patient satisfaction and it is rare that someone actually develops a thigh gap or has inner thighs that don’t rub after liposuction in this area.

For example, try to find a single five star review a patient has written from the results of inner thigh Liposuction.

I don’t think there are any.

It’s simply an anatomic area that doesn’t respond well and the truth is we don’t have good treatments for this area.

A thigh lift may be an option for those with extreme skin laxity but that procedure has enough drawbacks that people typically are reluctant to sign up.

My practice has been devoted exclusively to liposuction and fat transfer procedures for over 10 years. I’ve  been a plastic surgeon for more than 20 years. I purchased the J plasma equipment and used it for about a year after which I sold it because I saw no improvements.

I have plenty of experience doing inner thigh liposuction with and without J plasma.

My best guess is you will find less experienced plastic surgeons being more enthusiastic about this treatment.
