I see no problem with blowdry your hair after rhinoplasty regardless of how involved must be. Just don't aim the warm air up the nose.

Bruising can take a few weeks to resolve completely. Using a blow dryer on your hair should not be a problem, just try and avoid pointing it directly toward the nose. I would recommend speaking with your surgeon regarding any specific guidelines. I hope this helps, and I wish you the best of luck.

The heat will have no effect.  Washing your hair and blow drying it is fine as soon as the splint is removed.  Predicting when bruising will go away is difficult. Even in severe cases, however, bruising is either fully resolved within 2 weeks, or is so mild it's easily covered by makeup.
