Hello there, I'm a 34yr old and having some major changes happening to my face in the last couple years. The biggest concern I have is my nasolabial folds , then my spots (freckles?) and the lines in my forehead. My skin seems to be thin, stretchy and losing elasticity rapidly. I have agoraphobia and ptsd , this is all making me much worse and depressed. Do I need a mini facelift already or can I get away with fillers & lasers like Halo for a few years? Maybe a trained eye here can

I suggest reaching out to an expert for a formal consultation. I like to recommend my patients start a combination of facial rejuvenation treatments.

1) Skincare with products and microneedling/PRP
2) PDT Light Therapy a few times per month with growth factors
3) Laser treatments like Clear + Brilliant regularly and others (Fraxel, Moxi, Viva, CO2, Erbium, Halo) a few times per year
4) Sculptra injections a few times per year for collagen production with fillers like Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Radiesse, and/or Bellafill
5) Thermage/Ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone-based Instalift threads for lifting
6) Botox every 2 to 3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest

Thank you for your question and photos. You don’t appear to need cosmetic surgery at this time. Dermal fillers are a good option for treating nasolabial folds, while Botox injections can reduce the appearance of lines on the forehead. 
As for skin laxity, you may benefit from RF microneedling to increase collagen production and restore the skin’s elasticity for a smooth result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector who can assess your concerns and suggest the best treatment options for you.
