Blepharoplasty on both eyes 4 years ago. My eyes are dry, red and puffy. Eye shape is different. Suggestions? (Photo)

My eyes looked and felt good until about 2 months ago. Sometimes they are swollen in different areas and they have a weird feeling, like a spider web on the inside.
