Breaking out a week after finishing my accutane course. Advice? (photo)

Thank you for your question and photograph. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum. Accutane is effective in treating acne, however, it is not a cure and recurrence may still occur. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist to have your skin evaluate and to discuss treatment options that best suit your needs. Take care and good luck.
