What's this lump and all the puckering of skin? (Photo)

Question

I've had a breast reducstuon and lift through a Lollipop incision. I am 4 weeks post op. The red inflamed bump is hard as rock, doesn't hurt only when I push hard. What is it? Also there is lots of puckering of skin, does this mean my boobs will sag a lot?

You have had a classical lollipop single scar reduction technique. The results are exactly as one would expect at this stage, and yes, the puckering will settle usually by 3 months. I am sure you will be delighted with the end result.
