I have a very obvious blue vein under each eye and need them removing. What's the best treatment? (Photo)

I have a very obvious vein under each eye, I always get told I look ill, rough, bruised or even get asked if I've got a black eye. I makes me feel ugly and horrible so I was hoping there is a procedure to either remove them or even reduce them? just anything to make me look normal. I tried taking some photos of just my eyes but it doesn't show how bad they are. I don't let anyone take pictures of me and If i have to take one myself I make sure the lighting doesn't show them.
