Does rogaine 5% cause permanent dread shed?

Question

Hi, I’ve been using finasteride for a month with no issues. About 2 weeks into this I began using regain for a few days but decided against it. Was The minoxidil/regaine a mistake? Can a few days of minoxidil cause shedding? - As I have heard - I am contemplating using the foam on my eyebrows because I don’t want to waste it. Will this interfere with scalp growth? Thanks in advance

If  you plan on using minoxidil you have to anticipate one year of usage.Minoxidil takes hair from the Telogen phase into the growth phase( Anagen.) Should you stop minoxidil, any hairs that have converted may return to Telogen phase. An actual shed is getting rid of non-growing hairs. It is not necessarily a bad thing. Minoxidil and finasteride are an excellent combination. Place a foam on the eyebrows should not interfere with scalp treatment
