Should I be worried about visible incision and puckering 3 days post 415cc hp silicone round under muscle? (Photos)

Question

I'm very happy with my results and know they will drop. My only worry is that my left incision is visible and my breast is puckered. I had an anchor lift 4 years ago and I believe he cut in those incisions. Does this look typical for 3 day post? I see my surgeon in 3 days.

You are still very early in the healing process.  The implants appear to be in good position.  The puckering and breast shape will most certainly improve with time.  Talk to your plastic surgeon about how to make the scars look their best.

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs.  I see your areas of concern but with the swelling that accompanies surgery it can be difficult to know what your long term results will be as it will maintain your implants in an elevated and flattened position.  As the swelling resolves you should see a more natural breast shape develop with improved fullness along the bottom portion of your breast.  Hang in there and allow your results more time to mature.

Hello The postoperative process of breast implants is delicate. It is important to wait for the period of time necessary for a good recovery, then if you can insert your pearcing. FIRST AND FOREMOST, DISCUSS YOUR CONCERNS WITH YOUR DOCTOR.  
I do see some redness in the incision.  My advice would be to get an appointment to make sure you don't have an infection.  Puckering and unevenness can improve with time.  You may not need any further treatment if you allow things to settle, but in the mean time I would recommend that you go to see your surgeon regarding the redness in the incision. I hope this helps.
