In a BBL If a total of 1800 cc are out with the lipo, on average, how many cc of fat do you get for injection?

The amount of fat harvested needs to be clarified.  Did your plastic surgeon collect 1800cc of lipoaspirate or 1800cc of fat.  I liposuction 5 liters out at a time in most patients, and the transformation is dramatic.  You should find out the volume of lipoaspirate.Kenneth Hughes, MD, Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

The amount of fat that is injectable is usually less then that extracted. Especially when tumescent technique is used, the difference may be significant. Water separation and swelling of cells are responsable for that. The values you were given therefore make sense.

Hello dear!!Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Certainly, 450 per cheek is a good amount, and remember the results varies a lot in each patient. Not all the fat taken out can be transferred because of the quality.
