I weigh 115, enough fat? I want wider hips, and butt that will help even out my shoulders. (Hourglass figure) I wonder if I have enough fat or if implants is a viable option. Realistically would I be able to achieve this at all? I'd like my waist, stomach, back fat liposuctioned too as much as possible. Is there an extra fee to lipo in other areas? How much fat is lost after surgery in the following months? My last question would be how much should I pay for a good quality bbl? Or for implants..
Answer: How to get wider hips with the BBL? thank you for your question and your excellent photos. I would certainly say that you're a great candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. Now the question is how much fat are you looking to get in your rear and your hips. I'm not sure that you have enough to augment both well. I would say the hip region could be augmented easily with fat transfer. The fees that you get charge depends on the surgeon. I routinely perform full torso liposuction meaning upper mid lower abdomen,Flanks lower back Upper back, Axilla, bra roll areas. Cost can be as little as five to six thousand to As much as 15,000 in the Scottsdale area. Get several consultations with board certified plastic surgeons I can give you the look that you're going for. I hope this helps. Good luck. All the best,Carlos Mata MD, MBA, FACSBoard-certified plastic surgeon

Answer: Fat transfer vs implants You are certainly on the thinner end of the spectrum for patients having liposuction and fat transfer to the buttock/hips. Although liposuction can reshape certain areas of your body, you may also need an implant for volume and projection. Consult with a few plastic surgeons in person for more detailed information and an exam.Best wishes,Dr.Bruno

Answer: Is there any way to get bigger hips through a BBL surgery? Liposuction of the abdomen, sides, and back with fat transfer to the buttocks and hips would appear reasonable based upon the pictures.

Answer: BBL candidate Dear Japidthekiwi, based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations. In LA area, BBL typically ranges 8K-12K.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery

Answer: BBL would be my vote =) Hello and thank you for your question! Looking at your pictures, I think that you have the right framework to achieve a better look. Your silhouette would be greatly improved by aggressive liposuction of your flanks, abdomen, and lower back. By slimming the contour of your waist, flanks, and back with liposuction, your buttocks will already appear perkier when put next to a much slimmer waistline; liposuction will allow your surgeon to harvest fat to also transfer to your buttocks and hips to further enhance this look. The shape which you desire can be created to your wishes by placing the fat in the right places to give you the "buttock shape" you desire. It is hard to determine how much fat you can get injected without an in-person examination, but this detail and the shape that makes you the happiest can be discussed during your consultation. Many premiere plastic surgery practices have credit and financing options to help make surgery more affordable for you too. I hope this helps and make sure to seek consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with expertise in advanced body contouring techniques. Sincerely, Dr. Sean Kelishadi
