Hello, laser hair removal is a great solution for people looking to permanently reduce the amount of unwanted hair that they have. This being said, I would not recommend it if you would be unhappy if all the hair was removed by the laser. Generally, it permanently reduces the amount of hair and touch ups are needed for complete removal but this varies greatly on the individual and there is no way to ensure that it will only "thin" the hair.
