Could laser hair removal help with acne? Can light sheer diode help with peach fuzz?

I'm hesitant to go back on accutane (20 mg, 6 months did nothing for me) and was wondering if getting rid of the peach fuzz on my face would minimize outbreaks and inflammation. It seems to me that my follicles get inflamed and are at the root of the pimples. I've had treatments with a light sheer diode before - worked well on my legs but did nothing for peach fuzz on upper arms which is why I'm not sure if it's a good idea for my whole face.

Yes both laser hair removal machines do work very well. I do find that the Cynosure Elite with the distance gauge works unbelievable. This gauge is usually cleaned with sani-cloth plus, germicidal, bacterial cloths in-between each client. So it will kill any kind of transferal skin...

I suggest looking up their website for more information and seeing an expert for an evaluation. Diode, alexandrite and yag lasers work best. It will take a series of treatments to get improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.
