I'm hesitant to go back on accutane (20 mg, 6 months did nothing for me) and was wondering if getting rid of the peach fuzz on my face would minimize outbreaks and inflammation. It seems to me that my follicles get inflamed and are at the root of the pimples. I've had treatments with a light sheer diode before - worked well on my legs but did nothing for peach fuzz on upper arms which is why I'm not sure if it's a good idea for my whole face.
