my hands has strech marks ligtly after burnt so co2 laser treatment can remove the strech marks?

Yes, it can help. Photos will be good as we can see your skin type as well as the problem. CO2 can be useful, and can improve both burns and stretch marks. For stretch marks I have largely replaced co2 with energy based micro needling devices such as INFINI RF and PRP combined.
