Remedy for darkened underarms?

I used tretinoin cream (retinol A .025%) daily for a week, now my skin has become dark, red skin peels off, on both the underarms, is it the side effect of it ? if yes, wats the remedy for that ?

Hello, you can have flaking and dryness with any Retin A dose. It sounds like you are doing the right thing by starting out with a small amount every week. After you start your use, your skin will develop tolerance thus allowing you to increase the frequency of use.
