How to neutralize minoxidil on face?

Hello sir I had used minoxidil 10% on my face for 30days to grow beard. After using that i'm getting small pimples on my face. When going to sleep I'm finding their sizes are big but immediately after sleep their size us decreasing.if the body gets heated up then their sizes are increasing.I have consulted dermatologist but no use. Please help me with this .

As the term implies, Diffuse Alopecia Areata is Alopecia Areata that is Diffuse and more rare.  If the hair loss is total, it is called alopecia totalis.

Oily skin is not related to diffuse thinning of hair.  If you have hair loss or having oily skin/scalp issues see a doctor for an examination to find possible causes and treatment options.

If you put topical minoxidil on your head it should not grow facial hair.  In rare cases some women report peach fuzz hairs growing on their face.
