How to neutralize minoxidil on face?

Hello sir I had used minoxidil 10% on my face for 30days to grow beard. After using that i'm getting small pimples on my face. When going to sleep I'm finding their sizes are big but immediately after sleep their size us decreasing.if the body gets heated up then their sizes are increasing.I have consulted dermatologist but no use. Please help me with this .

It is possible to develop acne after minoxidil application, sometimes, ther eason could also be due to the vehicle , rather than Minoxidil itself. Discontinue the Minoxidil, and recheck with you dermatologist, if you are still not better, get a second opinion.Good Luck!

Minoxidil has a short duration and after a few weeks, any effects of minoxidil will go away on its own by just stopping its use. Washing your face regularly and using moisturizer will also help.
