Respected sir I am 23year old young unmarried girl but last few year my boobs going saggy I feel so bad What should i do for this Plz advice me

I am sorry to hear about the concerns you have regarding your breasts. Unfortunately, the posted photograph is not sufficient for accurate analysis. My best suggestion: seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who can demonstrate significant experience achieving the types of outcomes you will be pleased with. Then, communicate your goals carefully as well.  Learn about the pros/cons/risks/complications associated with surgical options presented. I hope this, and the attached link, helps. Although you stated that your breasts were sagging, the photograph that you sent does not indicate any sagging (ptosis).  A drooping or sagging breast is defined as a breast where the nipple areolar complex or some portion of it is below the crease at the bottom of the breast (inframammary fold).  If you were my patient, based on the minimal information you have given us, I would recommend a breast augmentation with silicone subpectoral implants.  If correctly positioned, these implants will act like a tent post to raise your nipple areolar complex upward.At this point, I recommend you seek consultation with a Board Certified plastic surgeon experienced in breast augmentations.

Your photos are not adequate to give an accurate answer. However, from the limited photo you may consider breast augmentation with silicone gel implants under the muscle. If however, you are truly saggy- then i would consider a lift with implants.
