Is it common for only half of my areola to pucker when they get hard? (Photo)

10 days after augmentation is still very early in the healing process and it is not unusual for there to be a number of different asymmetries (size, shape, sensitivity, nipple erection, etc.) at this point. Most of these issues gradually improve and resolve over time but your surgeon will have the best information on what you can expect throughout this process. I would encourage you to write your questions (keep a running list on your phone when they come to mind) and go over them at your next appointment. If anything seems unusual or if something seems like it is getting worse, rather than better, then I would contact your surgeon's office to see if they would like to wee you sooner rather than later. Be patient and follow your surgeon's instructions. 

At 10 days post-op- is still very early. Give it some time to heal and follow your PS's post-op instructions.

You are very early in your healing so I would be patient.  Many of the initial slight irregularities disappear with time.  Do mention this to your surgeon so you can be followed.  Likely this will all self correct.
