What setting, if any, would it be safe to do Microneedling RF on the under eye & also the forehead?

With 0.8mm, power 7 or 6 for ethnic skin, are great for around the eyes and forehead. This setting will be the safest.

There are many RF microneedling devices available which have handpieces specifically designed to treat in the periorbital region. Morpheus8 in particular has the "Prime" Tip which is designed for this area and the settings there would be to treat at 1 or 2 mm of depth and 10 to 15 mJ, doing several passes.
