With 0.8mm, power 7 or 6 for ethnic skin, are great for around the eyes and forehead. This setting will be the safest.

Thanks for your question. It is not possible to provide a specific answer to this as settings are very much specific to the device being used. There are many RF microneedling devices available which have handpieces specifically designed to treat in the periorbital region. Morpheus8 in particular has the "Prime" Tip which is designed for this area and the settings there would be to treat at 1 or 2 mm of depth and 10 to 15 mJ, doing several passes.
