Forehead reduction surgery after a FUT procedure? Should I be worried about blood flow to my scalp?

Hi I am male who has undergone FUT strip hair transplant procedure in Oct 2021. I am planning to get forehead reduction surgery. After the forehead reduction surgery should I be worried about blood flow to my scalp.? Since there is a scar on back of my head.and there is going to be scar on my forehead.
