I am desperate for answers. Back in Sept ‘23 I had 15-20 units of botox injected ONLY into my left masseter. As you can imagine, my right masseter began to grow. In March ‘24 that right masseter started to grow to the point where it ripped my right lip by pulling it down. I ran back to get that masseter brought down, 7.5 units on the right, only 2.5 on the left. My lips feel scarred, my right philtrum column is scarring under my skin & the surgeon refuses to give me answers
