How can I raise my hairline?

I had hairline lowering surgery and the hairline is way too low (4cm to be exact) it's also not symmetrical. One side is lower than the other. The scar is terrible too. My forehead is somewhat elastic, not a ton, room with brow skin too. I want to move my hairline up 1- 1.5cm - What are my options???? The scar is straight across, so I would ultimately like to change the shape too. I am looking for a permanent solution.

The answer to your question is yes, but it may require several procedures.  If you have enough laxity in your scalp, a coronal type of brow lift will help to elevate your frontal hairline.  The problem with this procedure alone is that your frontal scar, from your previous surgery, will still be visible.  A possible way to disguise your scar and help to even out your frontal hairline would be to combine hair transplants  with your coronal brow lift.  Micrografts (1-2 hair grafts) can be implanted into the scar. Also micropigment implantation by a skilled cosmetic tattoo artist may also assist with camouflage.

Since the hair lowing incision was placed at the hairline you may have a difficult time with elevating it back. Remember this may necessitate hair removal with a coronal hair earring procedure. Another option may be to temporarily shave your hair to your desired location and the use makeup along the scar.

you can have it raised to some degree but you must be seen for an exam and recommendation and scarring and hair loss will always be an issue that could undermine your outcome.

Your hairline can be revised but you need an examination to evaluate many factors such as scalp and forehead laxity, brow position, size and location of scar, hair density, and hairline location and contour to discuss your options to raise the hairline.
