Is it normal to get muscle spasm in the butt cheeks after a BBL? 1 month post-op.

My legs and butt also get tingling when I walk, drive or sleep. I'm 4 weeks post op and I constantly get muscle spasm in my butt cheeks throughout the day. It started 2 weeks post op me now it's more constant. What is the cause of this? Should I be concerned?
