Hypopigmentation after one Kenalog injection? Will the color ever come back? What can be done to get color back? (photos)

I received one injection of Kenalog to break up scar tissue post lipo. 3 months later, I see a white spot and a depression in skin. Even if I get a fat transfer, will the pigmentation come back? Will fillers help? Laser? What can I do to get the color back? HELP!
