Hello, Thank you for help in advance. I am really struggling to decide between Halo or Sylfirm for my acne scars and general skin texture/laxity. I have been recommended to do either and was set on Sylfirm but am very troubled by reports of it causing facial fat loss, as I'm already very concerned about lack of fat in my face. Also, is there any concerns with Halo causing facial fat loss? Thank you!

A HALO laser may not be the best option for PIH treatment. I would begin with topical skincare including Melarase PM Arbutin followed by either q switch laser or a fine microfractional laser.
