How can I remove a small bone bump on my forehead?

When I was 8 I was running outside and ran right Into a metal rake and the wood handled flew up and blasted me in the head so hard, it left a bump but now that I'm 18, it's more noticeable even in pictures. It's a small bump but it's mainly noticeable because of the lighting.

If this is bone, which can be documented with one x-ray, it can be filed to improve the contour of your forehead. In fact I did this very procedure on a young man at the same time I did his rhinoplasty last week. His bump was also secondary to previous trauma.

You might see a good plastic surgeon to determine if the bump that you had is the result of a calcified hematoma which possibly could be surgically treated.
