How can I reduce the size of the side of my head? (Photo)

I have a very small forehead(in terms of the bones), but the muscle around it is very large on the sides and it can be seen in the front, making my head look very large and my forehead to look wide. It really does not fit my jaw and I really want to fix this. It could be the prominent temporalis muscles. How may I correct this?
